How fulfilment works
A trip request is reviewed for city, route, schedule, passenger load and vehicle requirements. Where accepted, transportation may be assigned to an independent local operator that serves that market. The assigned operator provides the vehicle and chauffeur and manages the day-of transportation it accepts.
ChauffeurServices.ca may act as the booking, coordination, customer-service or payment contact depending on the reservation. The confirmation will identify the important trip terms and available day-of contact path.
Operator standards
- Applicable commercial operating authority for the accepted service and jurisdiction.
- Insurance appropriate to the vehicle and transportation activity.
- Chauffeur licensing, screening and training required by applicable law or operator policy.
- Vehicle condition, maintenance and inspections appropriate to commercial use.
- Accurate communication about passenger, luggage, accessibility and route limitations.
Vehicles and comparables
The fleet page shows vehicle examples across the network, not a promise that every model is owned by ChauffeurServices.ca or stocked in every city. A Chevrolet Suburban, Cadillac Escalade, Mercedes-Benz sedan, Sprinter or comparable model may be offered only where available.
The confirmed class, passenger capacity and luggage fit matter more than a photographed badge. Ask for exact-model confirmation when the model itself is essential; availability may be limited or priced separately.
Responsibilities
The local operator is responsible for the safe and lawful operation of its vehicle and performance of the transportation it accepts. ChauffeurServices.ca is responsible for its own booking and coordination activities. Passengers and bookers remain responsible for accurate information, lawful conduct and required travel documents.
Report service concerns promptly with the booking reference. We may share the report with the operator, insurer, payment provider or authority as reasonably required to investigate and respond.
Questions before booking
If you need the operating carrier’s legal name, permit information, insurance confirmation, accessible-vehicle details or another material fact, ask before accepting the quote. Some information may be supplied after an operator is assigned.
