Acceptance and scope

By using the website, submitting a request or accepting a quote, you agree to these terms and any trip-specific conditions shown before confirmation. If you book for another passenger, you are responsible for communicating the relevant terms to that person.

Website content is general information. A transportation contract is formed only when the itinerary, operator availability, vehicle class, price and payment requirements have been accepted and a confirmation is issued.

Our role and local operators

ChauffeurServices.ca is a transportation booking and coordination service. Transportation may be fulfilled by an appropriately licensed and insured independent local operator selected for the market and itinerary. The operator controls its vehicles, chauffeurs and day-of operations and remains responsible for providing the transportation it accepts.

Vehicle photographs and named models are examples. A comparable vehicle within the confirmed class may be assigned. Seating and cargo capacity depend on the actual configuration.

Quotes, reservations and changes

A request is not a reservation. Quotes are based on the information supplied, are subject to availability and may expire or change before acceptance. A booking is confirmed only after required information and payment authorization are accepted and written confirmation is issued.

Tell us promptly about changes to passengers, luggage, equipment, stops, addresses, flights or timing. Changes may affect price, vehicle availability or the ability to perform the service and are governed by the cancellation and change policy.

Passenger and booker responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete and current itinerary and contact information.
• Be ready at the confirmed time and meeting location and keep a working mobile phone available.
• Select a vehicle that can safely accommodate all passengers, luggage and equipment.
• Use seat belts and child restraints as required by law; request child seats in advance where offered.
• Treat chauffeurs, operators and vehicles respectfully and do not engage in unsafe, unlawful, abusive or disruptive conduct.
• Carry required travel documents and satisfy airline, border, park, venue and destination requirements.

Delays and circumstances outside reasonable control

Traffic, weather, road closures, flight or ship operations, border processing, public events, mechanical failures, government action and other events outside reasonable control can affect timing. We and the operator will make reasonable operational efforts but do not guarantee arrival times or uninterrupted service.

If safety, legality or feasibility is affected, the operator may adjust the route, substitute a comparable vehicle, delay or decline part of the service. Applicable refund or rebooking rights depend on the circumstances and the confirmed policy.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChauffeurServices.ca is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss, missed flights or reservations, loss of profit, or acts and omissions of independent operators or third parties. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Any claim should be reported promptly with the booking reference and supporting information so it can be reviewed with the relevant operator or provider.

Website use and intellectual property

You may use the website for lawful personal or business transportation inquiries. You may not interfere with operation, submit fraudulent requests, scrape protected content, misuse trademarks or attempt unauthorized access.

Website text, design, graphics and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their owners.

Governing terms and contact

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of British Columbia and Canada, without limiting mandatory consumer rights that apply in another jurisdiction. If one provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues.
