Go from the arrival terminal directly to Whistler
A YVR to Whistler car service solves a different trip from transportation leaving a downtown hotel. Airport passengers may need customs, baggage collection, child seats and room for ski equipment before the road journey even begins. Those details should be included from the first rate request.
Tourism Whistler places the resort about 135 kilometres from Vancouver International Airport and describes the drive as approximately two to two and a half hours. That is a planning range, not a guaranteed arrival time. Weather, traffic, road work, stops and the location of the final property can all change the journey.

Winter travel on Highway 99
Mountain conditions can change the schedule
The Sea-to-Sky Highway climbs from the coast into the mountains. Rain near Vancouver can become slush, compact snow or heavy snowfall farther north. The departure plan should leave room for current conditions instead of promising a fixed drive time.

A direct transfer is the simplest arrangement. If the party needs to collect another passenger, stop for food or add a planned break, enter it before confirmation. Every stop changes the travel time and may affect the rate.

Start with the airport arrival time required for the flight. Add the road journey, the exact pickup location, baggage, likely traffic and a conditions buffer. A winter Sunday afternoon may require a different plan from a quiet midweek departure.
